Stunning apartment in a secure gated development in Battersea with direct lift access. It is finished to the highest specification with wonderful floor-to-ceiling windows. The flat is set on the second floor and presents a superb west-facing reception room with space for a dining area. The bespoke Italian kitchen including Gaggenau appliances is hugely impressive and has a breakfast bar. The large master bedroom has ample built-in storage and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower. The second bedroom is also an excellent size, has built-in cupboards and is served by a separate bathroom. There is excellent security within the development, with a resident porter 7am to 5pm and also an allocated off-street parking space.

William Blake House is part of the highly sought-after Lanterns school conversion situated on Bridge Lane, a pretty street running north off Battersea Bridge Road, and is therefore well located for the numerous bars, shops and restaurants in the area. There are frequent bus services that run over Battersea and Chelsea Bridges. Battersea Park, with its 200 acres of recreational space, is close at hand.

Druce expands its London footprint with five new branches Central London estate agency Druce has expanded its base with the acquisition of Bective, one of the capital's premier estate agencies. Established in 1822, Marylebone-based Druce has taken over all five of Bective's branches: Kensington, Chelsea, Brook Green, Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill. The branch offices have been rebranded and now form part of the larger Druce business. Druce's UK MD Cory Askew, commented, "This acquisition has enabled us to rapidly expand our presence within Central London, increasing our footprint to six agencies across several prime locations. Bective’s heritage is aligned with our own, and we feel that the combined entity will allow us to reintroduce the Druce brand in the capital."
