Property Details

A fantastic bright largely lateral three bedroom apartment on the top (third floor) of a wide double fronted detached Pembridge Villas house with balcony terrace and far reaching views.

Accessed from the second-floor stairs lead to a generous landing from which all rooms stem. One side of the apartment is a spacious double-aspect living space, with the reception area closest to the sliding doors opening to the balcony terrace spanning the full width of the building, and the dining area leading to the kitchen. There is a master bedroom suite with built-in storage, sliding doors to the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom. Two further bedrooms and a shower room complete the really well-balanced accommodation.
Pembridge Villas is conveniently located for Westbourne Grove and Portobello Road and many of the area's most popular boutique shops and restaurants. Notting Hill Gate tube station (Central, District and Circle Lines) and Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are also nearby.

Druce expands its London footprint with five new branches. Central London estate agency Druce has expanded its base with the acquisition of Bective, one of the capital's premier estate agencies. Established in 1822, Marylebone-based Druce has taken over all five of Bective's branches: Kensington, Chelsea, Brook Green, Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill. The branch offices have been rebranded and now form part of the larger Druce business. Druce's UK MD Cory Askew, commented, "This acquisition has enabled us to rapidly expand our presence within Central London, increasing our footprint to six agencies across several prime locations. Bective’s heritage is aligned with our own, and we feel that the combined entity will allow us to reintroduce the Druce brand in the capital."
