Our management department oversees minor building repairs through to full scale property refurbishments. Our extensive portfolio of contractors enables us to cover all aspects of building works both cost effectively and efficiently, compliant with all aspects of Health & Safety.

We work closely with our lettings departments to help advise you on refurbishments maximising the rental potential. Our Estate Managers oversee major works to blocks both internally and externally, undertaking the necessary consultation requirements in accordance with the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

Listed Building Consent

Listed Buildings accounts for approximately 2% of properties in England and Wales

If you wish to make any modification to a listed building, you will need to apply to the relevant local planning authority to obtain Listed Building Consent. The legislation surrounding listed buildings is complex and specialist advice should be sought before undertaking any external and/or internal restoration or refurbishment work. Unauthorised work to a listed building is a criminal offence.
