Druce was established in Marylebone in 1822, and has had a property presence in the area through the majority of that time. In the mid 1980’s an office was also opened on Harrington Road, South Kensington. After 25 years it moved to a superior location on Gloucester Road. Druce have recently opened an office in London Bridge, next to The Shard, at the entrance to London Bridge main line and underground stations, on St. Thomas Street. We always provide full colour property details. All our For Sale properties include at least one, and in many cases several, colour photographs and a floor plan, as well as a detailed description. In many cases when a property warrants a four-page colour brochure or an A4 glossy card, we produce this in-house, maximising the properties visual effect.
The work is carried out at our expense and is professionally and efficiently prepared within days of the property going on the market. All our photographs are taken by high quality professional photographers and are designed to reflect your property in the best possible light and style. These photographs may then be used in our sales particulars, our website, our advertisements and our window displays.
Druce's policy is to use high quality colour advertising in many major magazines and publications. These are both national and local and include the London Magazine, Fabric Magazine, London Property News, Property Review and more localised magazines such as The Hill, Marylebone Journal, Portman Magazine and West One as well as The Sunday Times, the London Evening Standard.
Properties added to our database feature on all the major property portals, such as Prime Location, Rightmove, Find a Property and Zoopla. Advertising is carried out at our expense, although in some cases we have been commissioned to run marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients to which they contribute.

Druce have been very successful at getting editorial press coverage in both Property magazines, local and national press. This is a very strong way of marketing property and is often more eye-catching and more effective, than more straightforward property adverts.
Over the last few years Druce have been known for their eye - catching fleet of Fiat cars which we use to take our perspective applicants to our client’s properties, but it also helps to keep the Druce brand name very strong in the localised area.
